摘  要:云南某县城污水厂2012年建成投入使用,占地面积27.6亩,主要收集县城南部区域生活污水进行集中处理,原设计采用CASS作为主体工艺,处理能力1.0万m^(3)/d,排放水执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》中一级B水质标准。为达到云南省住建厅关于城镇污水处理厂提高出水标准的工作要求,通过将原主体生化池改造为“厌氧+缺氧+好氧+膜池”的生物处理工艺单元,并更新改造部分附属设施,使出水能稳定达到国家标准GB18918中一级A排放标准。经对改造后污水处理厂的运行参数指标进行监测显示,污水厂出水各项指标数据均能稳定达到设计标准,部分指标甚至能达到地表Ⅳ类标准。A county sewage plant in Yunnan was completed and put into use in 2012,covers an area of 27.6 mu,it mainly collects domestic sewage in the southern part of the county for centralized treatment.CASS was used as the main process in the original design,with a treatment capacity of 10000 m 3/d,the discharge water shall comply with the Grade I B water quality standard in the Pollutant Discharge Standards for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants.In order to meet the Yunnan provincial Department of housing and Construction on the urban sewage treatment plant to improve the effluent standards,by transforming the original main biochemical tank into a biological treatment process unit of“anaerobic+hypoxia+aerobic+membrane tank”,and renovate some ancillary facilities,using water can stably reach the national standard GB18918 middle class A emission standard.The operation parameters of the modified sewage treatment plant were monitored and shown,the effluent index data of the sewage plant could reach the design standard stably,some indicators can even reach the surface Class IV standard.
