不同碱催化剂对臭氧碱催化氧化过程中去除·OH抑制剂的试验研究

摘  要:分别选用氢氧化钙、氢氧化钠作为臭氧碱催化氧化过程的催化剂,通过对比臭氧碱催化氧化丁苯橡胶废水过程中COD和TOC的变化,考察不同碱去除水中·OH抑制剂的效果。结果表明,在丁苯橡胶废水300 mL、臭氧质量浓度45.0 mg/L、臭氧气速0.5 L/min和相同反应时间条件下,用氢氧化钙的COD去除率明显高于用氢氧化钠的;用氢氧根离子浓度等量的2 g/L氢氧化钠和1.86 g/L氢氧化钙分别催化臭氧氧化时间超过30 min后,废水中TOC含量顺序为:氢氧化钙催化<氢氧化钠催化后再用Ca^(2+)沉淀<氢氧化钠催化,超过45 min后,前者TOC远小于后二者TOC。用氢氧化钙催化臭氧氧化丁苯橡胶废水,Ca^(2+)不仅能够起到去除部分有机物的作用,更主要的是起到去除反应产生的·OH抑制剂(碳酸根)的作用,使反应更彻底,提高了臭氧的利用率。Calcium hydroxide and sodium hydroxide were selected as catalysts for the ozone alkali catalytic oxidation process.By comparing the changes in COD and TOC during the ozone alkali catalytic oxidation of styrene butadiene rubber wastewater,the effectiveness of different alkalis in removing ·OH inhibitors from water was investigated.The results showed that under the conditions of 300 mL of SBR wastewater,45.0 mg/L of ozone concentration,0.5 L/min of ozone gas velocity,and the same reaction time,the COD removal rate using calcium hydroxide was significantly higher than that using sodium hydroxide.After using 2 g/L sodium hydroxide and 1.86 g/L calcium hydroxide with equal concentrations of hydroxide ions to catalyze ozone oxidation for more than 30 min,the TOC content in the wastewater was in the following order:calcium hydroxide catalysis<sodium hydroxide catalysis,followed by Ca 2+precipitation<sodium hydroxide catalysis.After more than 45 min,the TOC of the former was much smaller than that of the latter two.Using calcium hydroxide as a catalyst for ozone oxidation of SBR wastewater,Ca 2+not only played a role in removing some organic matter,but also primarily removed the ·OH inhibitor(carbonate)generated by the reaction,making the reaction more thorough and improving the utilization rate of ozone.
