摘  要:探讨广东南方碱业股份有限公司在氨碱法制纯碱工艺中,如何通过技术改造提升纯碱产能至60万t/a,并解决旧煅烧炉频繁故障对产能释放的影响。研究重点分析了在受限的旧厂房内,如何在保障周边煅烧炉正常生产的同时,进行新煅烧炉的分段组装施工。本研究详细讨论了在施工过程中需处理的关键问题,包括但不限于:确保蒸汽煅烧炉操作生产的稳定性、保护蒸汽管道的正常运行、在狭窄空间内进行吊装作业以及压力容器的告知与监检等。通过综合考虑上述因素,本研究提出了一系列应对措施,以确保工程项目的整体进度和安全。最终,本研究成功克服了现场施工的困难因素,保障了项目的顺利进行,并为类似状况下的煅烧炉施工提供了参考依据。It was aimed to investigate the enhancement of soda ash production capacity to 600000 t/a by Guangdong Southern Alkali Industry Co.,Ltd.through technological transformation in the ammonia-soda process,and address the impact of frequent malfunctions of the old calcination furnaces on production capacity.The research focused on the critical analysis of the construction process of new calcination furnaces in segments,while ensuring the normal operation of surrounding furnaces within the confines of the old plant buildings.The key issues that needed to be addressed during the construction process were discussed,including but not limited to:ensuring the stability of the operation of steam calcination furnaces,protecting the normal operation of steam pipelines,conducting lifting operations in confined spaces,and the notification and supervision of pressure vessels.By comprehensively considering the aforementioned factors,a series of countermeasures was proposed to ensure the overall progress and safety of the engineering project.Ultimately,the difficulties encountered on-site was successfully overcame,ensuring the smooth progress of the project,and providing a reference for similar calcination furnace construction scenarios.
