高粘数PVC树脂对PVC-O管材性能的影响

摘  要:通过在传统PVC-O管的配方中引入高粘数PVC树脂,研究了高粘数PVC树脂在配方中的含量对材料的力学性能以及PVC-O管材的相关性能的影响。研究结果表明:高粘数PVC树脂的引入提高了材料的拉伸强度与伸长率,使得PVC-O管材具有更好的抗拉强度和耐压性能。其次,高粘数PVC树脂的加入提高了材料的维卡软化温度,改善了材料的耐热性能,使得PVC-O管材在高温环境下具有更好的稳定性和耐用性。此外,高粘数PVC树脂的引入使得材料在加工温度下具有更高的抗拉性能,降低了成型工艺的要求,可以扩大PVC-O管材的成型工艺窗口,达到提高生产效率和产品质量的效果。By introducing high viscosity PVC resin into the formula of traditional PVC-O pipe,the influence of the content of high viscosity PVC resin in the formula on the mechanical properties of the material and the related properties of PVC-O pipe was studied.The results showed that the introduction of high viscosity PVC resin could improve the tensile strength and elongation of the material,and make PVC-O pipe have better tensile strength and pressure resistance.Secondly,the addition of high viscosity PVC resin improved the Vica softening temperature of the material,improved the heat resistance of the material,and made the PVC-O pipe have better stability and durability under high temperature environment.In addition,the introduction of high viscosity PVC resin made the material have higher tensile properties at the processing temperature,reduced the requirements of the molding process,could expand the molding process window of PVC-O pipe,and achieved the effect of improving production efficiency and product quality.
