摘  要:利用旋转流变仪、核磁共振仪等设备,对采用INNOVENE S淤浆双环管工艺生产的高密度聚乙烯土工膜专用料TR400Y和采用Phillips淤浆单环管工艺生产的高密度土工膜专用料TR400N进行物性对比和产品性能分析。结果表明:2款产品基本物性相差不大,TR400Y分子量较TR400N相比分子量分布稍窄,同时具有更多的长支链(LCB),熔体强度更高,可以吹制更大的型胚。TR400Y的密度更低,产品的耐环境应力开裂性能(ESCR)更好,更符合土工膜的应用要求。同时经下游企业试用,高密度土工膜TR400Y各项物性检测数据表现突出,完全可取代国外进口产品TR131,尤其是直角撕裂强度和抗穿刺强度等指标较进口原料提升显著。The physical and product properties of high-density polyethylene geomembrane special material TR400Y produced by INNOVENE S slurry double ring tube process and TR400N produced by Phillips slurry single ring tube process were compared and analyzed by rotating rheometer and nuclear magnetic resonance instrument.The results showed that the basic physical properties of the twoproducts were similar,and compared with TR400N,TR400Y had a slightly narrower molecular weight distribution,more long branched chain(LCB),higher melt strength,and can be blown into larger embryos.TR400Y had lower density and better resistance to environmental stress cracking performancemore in line with the requirements of geomembrane applications.At the same time,after trial by downstream enterprises,the physical property test data of high-density geomembrane TR400Y were outstanding,which could completely replace foreign imported products TR131,especially the indicators such as right-angle tear strength and puncture resistance had been significantly improved compared with imported raw materials.
