摘  要:汽车头枕罩盖需要具备较好的耐磨性、绝缘性,同时产品应具有较好的化学稳定性。因此选取的材料为PC+ABS材料。这种材料是将聚碳酸酯与ABS物料混合加工的一种物料,整体性能较好,被广泛应用于汽车部件和电器零部件。本文设计了一种汽车头枕罩盖注塑模具,主要对模具的浇注系统、脱模机构以及成型零件进行设计。由于这种零件尺寸较大,因此模具分型面设计在最大截面位置,拟采取一模一腔的生成方式,同时为确保进料平衡的要求,设计四点进浇的结构。设计整体形式的凸模与凹模。产品的脱模推出部分,采取顶针推出的形式,以及设计斜导柱滑块抽芯的方式,对产品的侧边孔进行侧向成型。模具结构合理,为类似塑件模具的研发提供了良好的借鉴。The car headrest cover needs to have good wear resistance,insulation,and the product should have good chemical stability.Therefore,the selected material is PC+ABS material.This material is a mixture of polycarbonate and ABS material,which has good overall performance and is widely used in automotive and electrical components.This article designs an injection mold for the automotive headrest cover,mainly focusing on the design of the pouring system,demolding mechanism,and molding parts of the mold.Due to the large size of this part,the mold parting surface is designed at the maximum section position.It is proposed to adopt the generation method of the first mock examination and one cavity.At the same time,in order to ensure the requirements of feeding balance,a four point feeding structure is designed.Design the overall form of convex and concave molds.The demolding and ejection part of the product adopts the form of ejector pin ejection,as well as the design of inclined guide pillar slider core pulling,to laterally shape the side holes of the product.The reasonable structure of the mold provides a good reference for the development of similar plastic mold.
