摘  要:现代化学合成对原料来源的可持续性、安全性和环境友好性愈发重视,这也是高校化学实验教学的重点内容。本实验以绿色化学和综合化学教学理念为核心,在课堂教学中融入绿色化学与环境保护理念和综合实验技能训练要求,对现行本科实验教科书中的乙二胺四乙酸钙钠的合成实验进行创新改进。主要改进措施有三点:(1)改选用价格低廉,来源丰富的天然贝壳为原料,向学生传递废弃物利用的思想;(2)对反应的投料比、投料顺序、结晶的方式等进行改进,使实验现象更加明显,更适合实验教学。(3)在化合物制备基础上,引入X射线衍射、红外光谱、元素分析以及热重等表征环节,使实验更具综合性和科学性。本次改进实验,以绿色合成为理念,辅以多种表征环节,有效拓展了高温炉使用和现代仪器表征技术的实验技能训练,有利于培养学习在分析问题、解决问题的过程中科学素养和创新能力,培养综合性实验技术人才。Modern chemical synthesis places increasing emphasis on the sustainability,safety and environmental friendliness of raw material sources,which is a key element of chemistry laboratory teaching in universities.Taking the concept of green chemistry and integrated chemistry teaching as its core,the concept of green chemistry and environmental protection and integrated experimental skills training requirements in classroom teaching was incorporated,providing an innovative improvement to the synthesis experiment of calcium sodium ethylenediaminetetraacetic in the current undergraduate laboratory textbook.There are three main improvement measures as follows:cheap and abundant natural shells were used as raw materials to convey the idea of waste utilization to students,the reaction feeding ratio,feeding sequence,crystallization mode,etc,were improved,so that the experimental phenomenon is more obvious and more suitable for experimental teaching,on the basis of compound preparation,X-ray diffraction,infrared spectroscopy,elemental analysis and thermogravimetric characterization were introduced to make the experiment more comprehensive and scientific.This improved experiment,with the concept of green synthesis and supplemented by a variety of characterization links,effectively expanded the experimental skills training of the use of high-temperature furnaces and modern instrument characterization technology,which was conducive to the cultivation of scientific literacy and innovation in the process of problem analysis and problem solving,and cultivated comprehensive experimental technical talents.
