摘 要:金属铜因其价格低廉、性能稳定成为许多化学反应中催化剂的主要活性组分。为探索铜催化剂的乙炔氢氯化反应中的活性,本文采用浸渍法制备了一系列单组分铜基非汞催化剂,考察了铜负载量对催化剂催化性能的影响,分别考察了单组分助剂铋、双组分铋和金助剂对铜催化剂的改性效果。结果发现,铋和金双组分助剂协同作用能够有效提升铜基非汞催化剂的活性和稳定性,进一步推动了铜基催化剂的大规模应用。Copper has become the main active component of catalysts in many chemical reactions due to its low price and stable performance.In order to explore the activity of copper catalyst for acetylene hydrochlorination,a series of one-component copper-based non-mercury catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The effect of copper loading on the catalytic performance of the catalysts was investigated.Subsequently,the modification effects of single-component metal promoter bismuth,two-component bismuth and gold promoters on copper catalysts were investigated.The results show that the synergistic effect of bismuth and gold bicomponent promoters can effectively improve the activity and stability of copper-based non-mercury catalysts,which further promotes the large-scale application of copper-based catalysts.
