摘 要:在氯碱化工生产过程中,氯乙烯(VCM)和聚氯乙烯(PVC)等装置会产生含氯有机废气。目前,工业上主要采用焚烧技术对含氯有机尾气进行处理,该技术可将有机物分解成二氧化碳和水,并产生含氯的无机烟气。含氯烟气经过净化处理后进行排放,同时副产出低附加值的含铁工业盐酸。本文通过设计含氯烟气净化并副产无铁盐酸的工艺流程,通过Aspen Plus软件对该流程进行模拟计算验证,目的是提升工业盐酸的品质,降低装置的运行成本。vinyl chloride(VCM),polyvinyl chloride(PVC)and other chlor-alkali chemical plants will produce chlorine-containing organic exhaust gases in the production process.At present,the industry mainly uses incineration technology to treat chlorine-containing organic exhaust gas,decompose organic matter into carbon dioxide and water,and obtain inorganic chlorine-containing flue gas.Chlorine-containing flue gas is discharged after harmless treatment such as washing and purification,and industrial hydrochloric acid is by-produced.This paper uses Aspen Plus software to simulate the washing and purification process of chlorine-containing flue gas,so as to improve the quality of industrial hydrochloric acid and reduce the operating cost of the device.
