摘　　要：基层党建工作是基层党组织工作的重要组成部分,对于推动党的事业发展具有重要意义。在钻井公司基层单位,加强党建工作不仅能够提升党组织的凝聚力和战斗力,还能够提高员工的工作积极性和创造性,推动公司高质量发展。基于此,本文从完善考评体系、创新工作途径、强化组织引领和培训体系等方面,探讨了创先争优活动在钻井公司基层党建工作中的实践意义,希望能为推动基层党建工作提供有益参考和借鉴。Grassroots Party building work is an important component of grassroots Party organization work,which is of great significance for promoting the development of the Party's cause.Strengthening Party building work in grassroots units of drilling companies can not only enhance organizational cohesion and combat effectiveness,but also promote employee work enthusiasm and creativity,and promote the development of the company.This article will explore the development and role of the"Striving for Excellence"activity in grassroots Party building work in drilling companies from the aspects of improving the evaluation system,innovating work methods,strengthening organizational leadership and training systems,etc.Through in-depth research and analysis,we hope to make certain contributions to promoting grassroots Party building work.
