中药热奄包联合雷火灸对寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药热奄包联合雷火灸对寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者的影响。方法:用便利抽样法选取2022年2月-2023年12月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院针灸科的70例住院患者,根据随机数表法将患者分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=35)。对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组于对照组的基础上采用中药热奄包联合雷火灸。比较两组患者干预前后的疼痛程度、生活质量、中医症候和腰椎活动度,比较两组患者干预后的临床疗效。结果:干预前,两组患者的疼痛程度、生活质量、中医症候和腰椎活动度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者临床疗效、生活质量和腰椎活动度更高,疼痛程度和中医症候积分更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药热奄包联合雷火灸可减轻寒湿痹阻型腰痛病患者的疼痛程度和中医症候积分,提高患者的临床疗效、生活质量和腰椎活动度。Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine reyanbao combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on patients with low back pain caused by cold-damp obstruction.Method:Using convenience sampling,70 inpatients who were admitted to the Acupuncture Department of the Second People's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to December 2023 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=35)and the observation group(n=35).The control group received conventional treatment and nursing.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine reyanbao combined with thunder-fire moxibustion.The pain degree,quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and lumbar spine activity were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after the intervention.Result:Before the intervention,there were no statistically significant difference in the degree of pain,quality of life,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and lumbar spine activity between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the clinical efficacy,quality of life and lumbar spine activity of the observation group were higher,and the pain degree and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine reyanbao combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can reduce the pain degree and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in patients with low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction,and improve the clinical efficacy,quality of life and lumbar activity.
