延续性护理联合健康教育在小儿胸廓畸形手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析延续性护理联合健康教育在小儿胸廓畸形手术中的应用。方法:选取2020年1月-2023年12月贵州省人民医院收治的106例胸廓畸形手术患儿。根据随机抽签法将其分为对照组和观察组,各53例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理联合健康教育。比较两组护理前后患儿依从性、患儿心理状态,患儿家属疾病相关知识知晓率,患儿家属满意度。结果:护理后,观察组患儿依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组感觉、模仿、手眼协调、粗大动作、精细动作、口语认知、认知表现评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属疾病相关知识总知晓率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿家属总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:延续性护理联合健康教育有助于提升胸廓畸形手术治疗患儿的依从性,改善患儿的心理状态,提升患儿家属疾病认知程度与满意度,临床效果显著。Objective:To analyze the application of continuous nursing combined with health education in thoracic malformation operation in children.Method:A total of 106 children with thoracic malformations undergoing surgery were selected from January 2020 to December 2023 in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random drawing method,53 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received continuous nursing combined health education based on the control group.The compliance of children,psychological state of children before and after nursing,awareness rate of disease related knowledge and satisfaction rate of family members of children were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the compliance score of children in observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,sensory,imitation,hand-eye coordination,gross movement,fine movement,oral cognition and cognitive performance scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total awareness rate of disease related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of family members in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuous nursing combined with health education can help improve the compliance of children treated with thoracic malformation surgery,improve the psychological of children,and improve the disease cognition degree and satisfaction of children's families,with significant clinical effects.
