平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗对老年颈肩腰腿痛患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗对老年颈肩腰腿痛患者的影响。方法:选取2022年3月-2023年8月北京中医药大学东直门医院厦门医院收治的94例老年颈肩腰腿痛患者。通过Excel表进行0~94随机排序,奇数纳入对照组,偶数纳入观察组,各47例。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上给予平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后腰椎、膝关节功能、中医症候积分、生活质量、运动能力。结果:治疗后,观察组腰椎功能评分量表(JOA)评分及膝关节功能评分量表(Lysholm)评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛、功能受限、肿胀评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生理、环境因子、社会关系、心理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将平衡针灸联合推拿康复治疗应用于老年颈肩腰腿痛患者中对膝关节、腰椎改善较好,可以提升患者腰椎及膝关节功能,缓解患者疼痛、肢体受限等各方面症状,提升患者生活质量,增加患者活动能力和自理能力。Objective:To explore the effect of balanced acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation treatment on elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain.Method:A total of 94 elderly patients with neck,shoulder,back and leg pain were selected from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen Hospital Xiamen Hospital from March 2022 to August 2023.Through the Excel table,0 to 94 random order was performed,odd numbers were included in the control group,and even numbers were included in the observation group,47 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was given balanced acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation treatment on the basis of the control group.The function of lumbar spine,knee joint,Chinese medicine symptom score,quality of life and exercise ability before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,the lumbar function rating scale(JOA)and knee function rating scale(Lysholm)scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pain,functional limitation and swelling in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,environmental factors,social relations and psychological scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer score in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of balanced acupuncture combined with massage rehabilitation treatment in elderly patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain can improve the knee joint and lumbar spine,improve the function of the lumbar spine and knee joint,relieve the symptoms of pain,limb restriction and other aspe
