摘　　要：目的:分析胰岛素注射部位轮换对妊娠合并糖尿病患者的影响。方法:选取2021年1月1日-2023年12月31日厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院收治的60例妊娠合并糖尿病患者。根据随机分组原则将其分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组胰岛素注射部位随机,观察组胰岛素注射部位轮换。比较两组治疗后血糖指标、不良反应、依从性。结果:治疗后,观察组早、中、晚餐前30 min、餐后1 h及睡前血糖水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组生理、心理、社会关系及环境评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胰岛素注射部位轮换可以降低妊娠合并糖尿病患者血糖,降低局部红肿及皮下硬结发生率,进而提升患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of Insulin injection site rotation on gestational diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 60 pregnancy complicated with diabetes mellitus patients admitted to Women and Children's Hospital of Xiamen University from January 1,2021 to December 31,2023 were selected.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The insulin injection site of the control group was randomized,and the insulin injection site of the observation group was rotated.Blood glucose index,adverse reactions and compliance were compared between the two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,the blood glucose levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 30 min before and 2 h after breakfast,lunch and dinner,before sleeping,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological,social relationship,and environmental scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Insulin injection site rotation can reduce blood glucose,reduce the incidence of local redness,swelling and subcutaneous induration in pregnancy complicated with diabetes mellitus patients,and then improve the quality of life of patients,which has very important clinical value.
