摘 要:工厂除盐水制取过程中会产生反渗透(RO)浓排水。基于RO浓水特点及水质情况,分析了收集后进入反渗透膜制成除盐水及再处理后用于盥洗冲厕、水处理药剂配制、以及洗衣房、班车、车间和厂区地面清洁等的可能性。结合生产长期的考核运行,发现反渗透系统浓排水回用于制成除盐水未造成管道结垢,在降低用水成本的同时可减少废水的排放,实现节水减排。According to the quality of reverse osmosis(RO)concentrated drainage generated in the demineralisation process in a factory,possibilities of recycling it to the reverse osmosis membrane to produce demineralised water,and using it for flushing toilets,preparing chemicals for water treatment,fl oor cleaning for laundry room,shuttle bus,workshop and factory area,and etc.are analysed.Combined with the long-term operation,the practice of reusing concentrated drainage has shown that there was no scaling formed in the pipeline whilst reducing the cost of water use and lessening the wastewater discharge so as to realise the water saving and emission reduction.
