摘 要:为解决养殖工船养殖舱壁固体废料附着堆积、人工清洁效率低、不能及时清理等问题,设计了一种适用于养殖工船养殖舱的清洁系统。该清洁系统结合养殖舱的养殖特点,设计有清洁装置、绕行装置、传动装置以及排污装置。通过仿真试验分析,得到系统合适的运行速度以及清洁装置不同工况下的清洁效率。结果显示,系统的运行速度应该控制在0.5 m/s以内,运行速度越慢,系统的清洁效率越高,提高毛刷的转速能够有效提高清洁效率。毛刷在单位路径下的工作圈数与清洁效率正相关,当运行速度为0.2 m/s、转速为190 r/min时,清洁效果比较理想。清污刮板为30°时,可有效清除残留附着物。研究表明,该清洁系统可解决养殖舱在养殖过程中的清洁问题,且结构紧凑有效,具有较高的工作效率和性价比,有较好的推广价值。To address the issues of solid waste accumulation on the walls of aquaculture chambers in farming vessel,low efficiency of manual cleaning,and the inability to clean in a timely manner,a cleaning system suitable for the aquaculture chambers of farming vessel was designed.Considering the specific characteristics of aquaculture in farming vessel,this cleaning system includes a cleaning device,a bypass device,a transmission device,and a sewage discharge system.Through simulation experiments,systems optimal operating speed and devices cleaning efficiency under different working conditions were determined.The results indicate that the system's operating speed should be kept below 0.5 m/s,and the slower the speed,the higher the cleaning efficiency.Increasing the rotational speed of the brush can significantly enhance cleaning efficiency.It was also found that the number of working cycles of the brush per unit path is positively correlated with cleaning efficiency.The cleaning effect is ideal when the operating speed is 0.2 m/s and the brush speed is 190 r/min.A 30°angle for the cleaning scraper effectively removes residual attachments.The study shows that this cleaning system can resolve the cleaning issues during the aquaculture process,with a compact and efficient structure,high work efficiency,and cost-effectiveness,making it valuable for broader application.
