心肺复苏急救技术在农村居民中的推广策略效果研究

摘　　要：目的探索农村居民心肺复苏技能的培训推广策略。方法选择2021年8月至2023年8月荔浦市农村地区954例农村居民作为研究对象。分析其心肺复苏急救技术培训前后理论知识知晓率、理论成绩、操作成绩、理论和操作考核合格率。结果培训后,农村居民对心肺复苏(Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation,CPR)相关技能如心脏骤停处理、胸外按压部位、胸外按压深度、胸外按压频率、按压与通气比例的知晓率均显著提高(P<0.001);但培训前后复苏有效指征的知晓率无显著差异(P=0.090)。培训后,农村居民心肺复苏理论成绩和操作成绩(P<0.001),理论和操作考核合格率(P<0.001),均显著提高。结论“四位一体”心肺复苏培训策略在农村居民中的推广,可显著提高农村居民对心肺复苏急救技术理论及操作的掌握。Objective To explore strategies for training and promoting cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)skills among rural residents.Methods A total of 954 rural residents from the Lipu City rural area,who were involved between August 2021 and August 2023,were selected as research subjects.The study analyzed the changes in the awareness rate of theoretical knowledge,theoretical and practical scores,and the pass rates of theoretical and practical assessments before and after CPR training.Results After the training,the awareness rates of CPR-related skills,such as cardiac arrest management,chest compression location,chest compression depth,chest compression frequency,and the compression-to-ventilation ratio,significantly increased(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the awareness rate of effective resuscitation indicators before and after training(P=0.090).Post-training,rural residents showed significant improvements in their theoretical and practical scores(P<0.001)as well as in the pass rates of both theoretical and practical assessments(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of a“four-in-one”CPR training strategy for rural residents significantly enhances their mastery of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills in CPR.
