手术室标准化急救流程对异位妊娠破裂患者急救效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析手术室标准化急救流程用于异位妊娠破裂者的急救中的临床价值。方法选择2022年12月至2024年5月厦门市第五医院救治的68例妊娠破裂患者,根据手术急救护理流程的差异,分为观察组(采取手术室标准化急救流程,34例)和对照组(常规急救流程,34例)。比较2组患者的急救时效性、术中出血量、护理人员压力、护理满意度以及术后生活质量。结果观察组患者接诊到手术所需时长、抢救所需时长、总救护所需时长均显著短于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者术中出血量和护理人员压力评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组患者中有33例对护理表示满意(护理满意度为97.06%),显著高于对照组研究对象中27例对护理表示满意(护理满意度为79.41%),P<0.05。术后,观察组患者在角色、躯体、认知、社会功能四个方面的生活质量评分均显著高于对照组研究对象(P<0.001)。结论将手术室标准化急救流程用于异位妊娠破裂者的急救中,提高了患者急救的时效性,降低了患者术中出血量和护理人员的压力,改善了患者的护理满意度和术后生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of standardized emergency procedures in the operating room for managing ruptured ectopic pregnancies.Methods A total of 68 patients with ruptured ectopic pregnancies treated at Xiamen Fifth Hospital from December 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into an observation group(standardized emergency procedures in the operating room,34 cases)and a control group(conventional emergency procedures,34 cases)based on differences in emergency care protocols.Key outcomes including emergency response time,intraoperative blood loss,caregiver stress,nursing satisfaction,and postoperative quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group exhibited significantly shorter times for patient admission to surgery,rescue procedures,and overall emergency care duration compared to the control group(P<0.001).Intraoperative blood loss and caregiver stress scores were also significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.001).Nursing satisfaction was higher in the observation group,with 33 patients reporting satisfaction(97.06%),compared to 27 patients in the control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the observation group demonstrated significantly higher quality of life scores across role,physical,cognitive,and social functioning domains compared to the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The implementation of standardized emergency procedures in the operating room for ruptured ectopic pregnancies improves the timeliness of emergency care,reduces intraoperative blood loss and caregiver stress,and improves nursing satisfaction and postoperative quality of life.
