乌拉地尔与硝酸甘油对高血压急症患者急救效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析高血压急症患者采用乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油治疗的临床价值。方法纳入2022年3月至2024年3月在武汉钢铁(集团)公司第二职工医院就诊的100例高血压急症患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油治疗,对照组仅采用硝酸甘油治疗,每组各50例。比较两组患者的临床疗效、心率、血压、血清肌酐(Scr)和总胆固醇(TC)水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的收缩压、舒张压、心率、Scr、TC水平均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者收缩压、舒张压、心率、Scr、TC水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组收缩压、舒张压、心率、Scr和TC均显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。观察组临床总有效率达94.00%(47/50),显著高于对照组的72.00%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压急症患者,采用乌拉地尔联合硝酸甘油治疗可有效控制血压,稳定心率,降低Scr和TC水平,临床疗效显著。Objective To analyze the clinical value of a treatment regimen combining urapidil and nitroglycerin for patients with hypertensive emergencies.Methods 100 patients with hypertensive emergencies,treated at Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group)Company's Second Workers'Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024,were included in the study.Patients were divided into a trial group(urapidil combined with nitroglycerin,n=50)and a control group(nitroglycerin only,n=50).Clinical efficacy,heart rate,blood pressure,serum creatinine(Scr),and total cholesterol(TC)levels were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,Scr,or TC levels(P>0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,Scr,and TC levels in both groups decreased significantly compared to pre-treatment values(P<0.05),with the trial group showing significantly greater reductions in systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate,Scr,and TC levels compared to the control group(P<0.001).The total clinical efficacy in the trial group was 94.00%(47/50),significantly higher than the 72.00%(36/50)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with hypertensive emergencies,the treatment regimen combining urapidil and nitroglycerin effectively controls blood pressure,stabilizes heart rate,reduces Scr and TC levels,and demonstrates superior clinical efficacy.
