外伤性肝脾损伤80例急救手术护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析护理配合在外伤性肝脾损伤患者急救手术中的应用效果。方法选取2021年5月至2024年5月厦门市第五医院救治的80例外伤性肝脾损伤患者,患者均采取了急救手术治疗,其中,54例脾损伤患者进行手术切除,26例肝损伤患者进行手术修补止血。分析患者在急救手术后的疗效、并发症及患者生活质量情况。结果在手术配合护理后,61例患者治愈(76.25%),16例患者有效(20.00%),3例患者无效(3.75%),临床有效率为96.25%(77/80)。术后4例患者出现发热,2例患者出现切口感染,并发症发生率为7.50%(6/80),且症状均较轻,经对症处理后并发症均消失。80例肝脾损伤患者在急救手术护理前后生活质量评价指标比较,躯体功能、认知功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能、生活质量六个方面,护理后得分显著高于护理前(P<0.001)。结论早期精准评估外伤性肝脾损伤患者病情,配合规范化、个性化的护理模式,是保证患者安全性、提高急诊手术效率、增加患者生存率、减少术后并发症、提高患者生活质量的重要手段。Objective To analyze the effects of nursing collaboration in the emergency surgery of patients with traumatic liver and spleen injuries.Methods 80 patients with traumatic liver and spleen injuries treated at Xiamen Fifth Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected for the study.All selected patients underwent emergency surgical treatment,among which 54 patients with spleen injuries underwent surgical resection,and 26 patients with liver injuries underwent surgical repair and hemostasis.The efficacy of treatment,complications,and quality of life of the patients were analyzed.Results Following the coordinated nursing care,61 patients achieved recovery(76.25%),16 patients showed improvement(20.00%),and 3 patients were ineffective(3.75%),resulting in a clinical effective rate of 96.25%(77/80).Postoperatively,4 patients experienced fever and 2 patients experienced incision infections,leading to a complication rate of 7.50%(6/80);however,these symptoms were mild and resolved after symptomatic treatment.Comparisons of quality of life assessment indicators for the 80 patients with liver and spleen injuries before and after nursing care revealed significant improvements in physical function,cognitive function,role function,emotional function,social function,and overall quality of life scores after nursing intervention(P<0.001).Conclusion Early and accurate assessment of patients with traumatic liver and spleen injuries,along with standardized and personalized nursing models,is essential for ensuring patient safety,improving emergency surgical efficiency,increasing survival rates,reducing postoperative complications,and enhancing patients'quality of life.
