摘 要:采用机械共混法制备可降解聚己二酸对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBAT)/天然橡胶(NR)生物基复合材料,研究PBAT用量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明:PBAT用量不大于25份时,PBAT/NR复合材料易于混炼和挤出;随着PBAT用量的增大,复合材料的硬度增大,拉伸强度、拉断伸长率、撕裂强度、回弹值和滚动损失减小,压缩温升升高,耐磨性能降低,耐低温性能无明显变化,在碱性溶液中浸泡的降解加重。PBAT用量为15份时,PBAT/NR复合材料仍具有良好的物理性能;PBAT用量为20份时,复合材料的抗切割性能最好;少量PBAT与NR共混时,复合材料的耐热氧老化性能较好。Biodegradable polybutylene adipate terephthalate(PBAT)/natural rubber(NR)bio-based composites were prepared by mechanical blending method,and the effect of PBAT dosages on the properties of the composites was studied.The results indicated that when PBAT dosage was not more than 25 phr,PBAT/NR composites were easy to mix and extrude.With the increase of PBAT dosage,the hardness of the composite increased,the tensile strength,elongation at break,tear strength,rebound value and rolling loss decreased,the compression temperature rise increased,and the wear resistance was reduced,the low temperature resistance had no significant change,and the degradation soaked in the alkaline solution was aggravated.When PBAT dosage was 15 phr,the composite still had good physical properties.When PBAT dosage was 20 phr,the cutting resistance of the composite was the best.When a small amount of PBAT was blended with NR,the composite demonstrated good thermal oxidative aging resistance.
