摘  要:研究新型海洋生物基补强材料LH-1在输送带贴胶中的应用。结果表明:海洋生物基补强材料LH-1在输送带贴胶中可以部分替代白炭黑和炭黑;与输送带生产配方贴胶相比,用海洋生物基补强材料LH-1替代2/3白炭黑和2/3炭黑的试验配方,贴胶与浸胶帆布的粘合强度提高35.6%,胶料的硫化特性和物理性能均在可接受范围内,且工艺性能良好。海洋生物基补强材料LH-1来自海洋生物,来源丰富,为替代白炭黑和炭黑的第三代补强材料提供了思路。The application of the novel marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 in adhesive compounds of conveyor belts was studied.The results showed the marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 could partially replace silica and carbon black in conveyor belt adhesion compound.Compared with the production formula adhensive compound of conveyor belt,by replacing 2/3 silica and 2/3 carbon black in the adhesive compound with marine bio-based reinforcing material LH-1,the adhesive strength of experimental formula adhensive compound and the impregnated canvas was increased by 35.6%,and the vulcanization characteristics and physical properties of the compound were within an acceptable range,and the processability was good.The marine bio-based reinforcement material LH-1 comes from marine organisms with abundant sources,providing ideas for third-generation reinforcement materials to replace silica and carbon black.
