摘 要:针对高筋类复杂缸底在锻造成形过程中筋部存在折叠缺陷的问题,以缸底筋部缺陷部位的成形过程为研究对象,利用有限元分析法对产品实际生产成形过程进行分析,得出筋部折叠产生的原因是底部成形后多余金属材料在模具压力的作用下与筋部金属材料发生汇集。通过对筋部金属流动方向的研究,提出了3种成形优化方案并进行了分析。试验结果表明,采用延长底部成形时间优化坯料高度的方法,将底部坯料厚度由23 mm增加至25 mm,能够有效降低底部金属填充速率和筋部金属的汇集。优化后缸底成形过程中金属流动方向相对稳定,筋部折叠问题得到明显改善。Aiming at the folding defect problem at the reinforcement of high reinforcement complex cylinder bottom in the forging process,taking the forming process of the defect parts of the cylinder bottom as the research object,the finite element analysis method was used to analyze the actual production forming process of the product.It is concluded that the folding at the reinforcement is caused by the gathering of excess metal materials with metal material of reinforcement after the bottom forming under the action of the die pressure.By analyzing the metal flow direction of reinforcement,three kinds of forming optimization schemes were proposed and analyzed.The test results show that by extending the forming time of the bottom and optimizing the billet height,the billet thickness of the bottom is increased from 23 mm to 25 mm,which can effectively reduce the metal filling rate of the bottom and the metal gathering in the reinforcement.After optimization,the metal flow direction is relatively stable in the forming process of cylinder bottom,and the folding problem of reinforcement is obviously improved.
