外置电流对6061-T5铝合金冲裁模具粘附的影响

摘  要:为研究加载外置电流对6061-T5铝合金室温冲裁产生的模具粘附的影响,基于伺服压力机搭建了冲裁试验平台并引入可控外置电流,以未加载外置电流冲裁试验作为对照组,分别研究了不同外置电流大小和方向下的模具温升、模具刃口表面形貌以及模具表面粘附情况。结果表明,电流加载方向为模具流向板料时,随着外置电流的增大,模具温升值持续增大,模具粘附铝质量先减小后增大,加载3.5 mA的外置电流时,粘附铝质量减少了16.67%;加载70 mA的外置电流时,粘附铝质量增加了141.67%。当电流加载方向为板料流向模具时,模具温升值增加了8.85%,粘附铝质量减少了50%。冲裁模具的粘附情况受电流方向的影响,加载由模具流向板料的外置电流会加剧模具粘附,且电流越大,粘附情况越严重,而加载由板料流向模具的外置电流时,模具的粘附情况得到有效改善。To study the influence of external current loading on mold adhesion during room temperature punching of 6061-T5 aluminum alloy,the punching test platform was built based on servo press and controllable external current was introduced.The punching test without loading external current was used as the control group to study the mold temperature rise,mold edge surface morphology and mold surface adhesion with different external current magnitudes and directions.The results show that when the current loading direction is flowing from the mold to the sheet metal,with the increase of the external current,the temperature rise value of the mold continues to increase.The mass of the adhered aluminum on the mold first decreases and then increases.When the external current is 3.5 mA,the mass of the aluminum adhesion decreases by 16.67%.When the external current is 70 mA,the mass of the aluminum adhesion increases by 141.67%.When the current loading direction is flowing from the sheet metal to the mold,the temperature rise value of the mold increases by 8.85%,and the mass of the aluminum adhesion decreases by 50%.The adhesion condition of the blanking mold is affected by the current direction.The loading external current from the mold to the sheet metal can intensify the adhesion of the mold,and the larger the current,the more severe the adhesion.However,when the external current is loaded from the sheet metal to the mold,the adhesion condition of the mold is effectively improved.
