摘  要:以Fe-18Mn-1.0C-0.5V-0.1Ti TWIP钢为研究对象,利用单向拉伸、OM、XRD、EBSD和TEM等检测手段对比研究了锻造及热轧处理对V/Ti合金化TWIP钢拉伸变形行为的影响。结果表明,与锻造态相比,热轧态试验钢中晶粒尺寸显著减小,晶粒沿轧制方向拉长,大颗粒状碳化物消失;热轧试样的屈服强度、抗拉强度以及伸长率同时升高,加工硬化能力增强;两种状态试验钢拉伸变形过程中均产生动态应变时效现象,且热轧态试样的锯齿临界应变值较小,锯齿的应力幅和局部应变集中更大;热轧试验钢衍射峰半高宽增大,小角度晶界数量增加,位错密度增大。热轧态试验钢中较小的晶粒尺寸、较大的初始位错密度促使其强度升高,并产生更加强烈的动态应变时效强化,对试验钢强塑性提升有益。Taking Fe-18Mn-1.0C-0.5V-0.1Ti TWIP steel as the research object,the influence of forging and hot rolling treatments on the tensile deformation behavior of V/Ti alloyed TWIP steel was studied contrastively by means of uniaxial tension,OM,XRD,EBSD and TEM.The results show that compared with the forged test steel,the grain size of the hot rolled test steel decreases significantly,the grains elongate along the rolling direction,and the large granular carbide disappears.The yield strength,tensile strength and elongation of the hot rolled specimen increase simultaneously,and the work hardening ability is enhanced.The dynamic strain aging phenomenon occurs in the process of tensile deformation of the two test steels,and the critical strain of the serration of hot rolled specimen is smaller,and the stress amplitude and local strain concentration of the serration are larger.The diffraction peak full width at half maximum of hot rolled test steel increases,the number of small angle grain boundaries increases,and the dislocation density increases.The smaller grain size and larger initial dislocation density of hot rolled test steel promote the strength,and stronger dynamic strain aging strengthening generates,which is beneficial to the enhancement of strength and plasticity of the test steels.
