摘 要:为解决链式拉拔机重量大、生产成本高等问题,需要在保证使用性能的前提下,尽可能减轻重量。针对这一问题,以链式拉拔机上重要零部件之一的拉钩为研究对象,利用Kriging模型和多目标遗传算法(MOGA)对其结构进行了优化设计。首先建立拉钩的有限元模型和数学模型,确定优化目标并设定边界条件;其次,对各设计参数进行相关性分析后,通过最优空间填充方法和Kriging模型建立各输入、输出变量的响应面模型;最后利用MOGA算法对关键设计参数进行优化求解,得到拉钩结构的最优参数。结果表明:优化后的拉钩模型预测的最大等效应力为97.009 MPa,最大变形量为0.72861 mm,都在允许范围之内,此外其质量从29.729 kg减轻到22.743 kg,降幅达到23.5%,说明此优化方法具有良好的优化效果。To solve the problems of heavy weight and high production cost in chain drawing machines,it is necessary to reduce weight as much as possible while ensuring their performance.Aiming at the problem,taking the hook,one of the crucial components of the chain drawing machine as the research object,the optimization and design for the structure were carried out using Kriging model and multi-objective genetic algorithm(MOGA).Firstly,the finite element model and mathematical model of the hook were established,and the optimization objective was determined and boundary conditions were set.Then,after conducting the correlation analysis of each design parameter,the response surface model of each input and output variables was established using the optimal space filling method and Kriging model.Finally,the MOGA algorithm was used to optimize and solve the key design parameters and the optimal parameters of the hook structure were obtained.The results show that the maximum effective stress predicted by the optimized hook model is 97.009 MPa,and the maximum deformation is 0.72861 mm,both of which are within the allowed range.In addition,its weight decreases from 29.729 kg to 22.743 kg with the reduction amplitude of 23.5%.It indicates that this optimization method has good optimization effect.
