摘　　要：目的 筛选自发性2型糖尿病(T2DM)猕猴Macaca mulatta,为研究T2DM发生发展及治疗药物筛选提供优良模型。方法 对30只雄性普通猕猴进行静脉注射糖耐量试验,筛选出满足空腹血糖≥6.0 mmol·L^(-1)及葡萄糖注射120 min后血糖≥10.1 mmol·L^(-1)的猕猴,并通过身体质量指数、胰岛素、C肽、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)和血脂4项等指标评价其生理状态。结果和结论 共筛选出4只自发性T2DM猕猴和8只糖尿病前期猕猴,且T2DM猕猴HbA1c较正常猕猴显著升高,差异显著,未来将进一步对自发性T2DM猕猴进行种群繁育及标准化研究,这对于T2DM的发生发展及治疗药物探索具有重要意义。Objective To provide an excellent model for studying the development of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and therapeutic drugs by screening rhesus macaque(Macaca mulatta)populations with spontaneous T2DM.Methods Intravenous glucose tolerance test(IVGTT)was performed on 30 male common rhesus macaques to screen out the macaques with≥6.0 mmol·L^(-1) of fasting blood glucose and≥10.1 mmol·L^(-1) of blood glucose at 120 min after glucose injection.The physiological status was evaluated by the indexes of body mass index,insulin,C-peptide,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),and the 4 blood lipid indicators.Results and Conclusion A total of 4 T2DM rhesus macaques and 8 pre-diabetic rhesus ma-caques were screened,and the HbA1c of T2DM rhesus macaques was significantly higher than those of normal macaques.In the future,population breeding and standardization studies on rhesus macaques with spontaneous T2DM will be carried out,and this will be of great significance for studying the development of T2DM and the exploration of therapeutic drugs.
