摘　　要：目的深入了解原发性青光眼患者的疾病体验及治疗期望,为制订综合性身心护理策略提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,对2023年2—6月在山西省眼科医院住院的12例原发性青光眼患者进行半结构式访谈,使用NVivo20.0及Colaizzi七步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果共归纳提炼出3大主题,10个亚主题:经历多重挑战(生理体验复杂、心理体验失衡、日常生活受挫);疾病认知及应对差异(疾病自我认知不足、消极逃避、积极应对);患者对疾病的治疗期望(疾病治疗方式期望、疾病治疗结果期望、疾病恢复过程期望、对治疗消极、不切实际的期望)。结论原发性青光眼患者承受过度身心压力,应对方式欠妥,存在多方面治疗期望。提示需重视患者疾病负担,帮助建立积极合理的治疗期望,以提升患者的幸福感和生存质量。Objective To deeply understand disease experience and treatment expectation of patients with primary glaucoma,and to provide reference for formulating comprehensive psychosomatic nursing strategy.Methods Semi-structured interview was conducted in twelve patients with primary glaucoma hospitalized in Shanxi Eye Hospital from February to June 2023.The data were collated and analyzed by NVivo20.0 and Colaizzi method of data analysis.Results There were 3 themes and 10 sub-themes,which included experiencing multiple challenges(complex physical experience,unbalanced psychological experience,frustration in daily life);disease cognition and differences in coping(lack of disease self-cognition,negative avoidance,positive coping);treatment expectation(treatment method expectation,outcome expectation,recovery process expectation,negative and unrealistic expectation of the treatment).Conclusion Patients with primary glaucoma suffer from excessive physical and mental stress and have inadequate coping styles but various expectations for disease treatment.It is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to the disease burden of patients and help establish positive and reasonable treatment expectations to improve the happiness and quality of life of patients.
