摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤放疗专科护理门诊的建立及其在临床中的实践应用效果。方法2023年7月我院开设肿瘤放疗专科护理门诊,选拔符合资质的专科护士出诊,为患者提供健康教育、放射性皮炎、放射性口腔黏膜炎、胃造瘘护理技术、心理疏缓、营养评估与指导、吞咽评估等内容,肿瘤放疗专科护理门诊实践效果从工作量、主要专科工作成效、患者及医生满意度、护士工作投入及职业获益感等方面评价。结果肿瘤放疗专科护理门诊接诊量561例次,其中鼻咽癌患者257例次,占门诊量的45.8%;服务类型中以3级放射性皮炎处理居多,占总人次69.3%,处理前后放射性皮炎皮炎伤口面积比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。患者满意度为97.1%,医生满意度100%;专科护理门诊开诊前后护士工作投入及职业获益感比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤放疗专科护理门诊的建立和运行满足放疗期间患者多样化的就医需求,能有效管理患者放疗全过程面临的各类护理问题,提高患者就医体验,同时为专科护士搭建了实践的平台,提升了职业价值感和工作投入。Objective To explore the clinical effect of establishing radiation oncology specialist nursing clinic led by specialist nurses.Methods A radiotherapy specialized nursing clinic was established in July 2023,and qualified nurse specialists were selected to provide patients with services on health education,radiation dermatitis,radiation oral mucositis,drainage tube care,nutritional assessment and swallowing assessment.The practice effect of the clinic was evaluated according to the workload,the effectiveness of main specialty work,the satisfaction of patients and doctors,job engagement and career benefits.Results The radiotherapy specialized nursing clinic received 561 cases,of which 257 were patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,accounting for 45.8%of the total;treatment of grade-3 radiodermatitis accounted for 69.3%of the total visits.The difference in radiodermatitis wound area before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).The rate of patient satisfaction was 97.1%and that of doctor satisfaction 100%.The difference in job engagement and career benefits before and after the operation of the clinic was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy specialized nursing clinic meets the diversified medical needs of patients and effectively manage various nursing issues faced by patients during radiotherapy.This initiative improves patient experience,and provides practice platform for nurse specialists to enhance career value and work engagement.
