摘 要:目的构建骨科植入物全流程信息化管理系统,并评价其应用效果。方法应用信息化管理系统实现骨科植入物使用申请、准入、虚拟入库、计费码生成、消毒供应中心质量追溯、计费与使用追溯等功能。结果骨科植入物全流程信息化管理系统使用后植入物计费准确率与追溯完善率均高于系统使用前(均P<0.05),使用者对信息化管理系统的总体接受程度为(98.26±4.13)分。结论骨科植入物全流程信息化管理系统的应用可提高植入物计费准确率与追溯完善率,使用者总体接受度较高,具有良好的实用性。Objective To construct a whole-process information management system for orthopedic implants and evaluate its application effectiveness.Methods The information management system was applied to achieve functions including application,approval,virtual inventory,billing code generation,quality traceability at the central sterile supply department,and billing and usage traceability of orthopedic implants.Results After the application of information management system,the accuracy of implant billing and the completeness of traceability were both higher than before(both P<0.05).The overall acceptance score of the information management system was 98.26±4.13.Conclusion The application of the whole-process information management system for orthopedic implants can improve the accuracy of implant billing and the completeness of traceability.Users have a high overall acceptance of the system,demonstrating its good practicality.
