摘  要:星载毫米波相控阵天线组成复杂、部件耦合度高,是典型的高密度集成产品,近年来技术应用广泛,但是寿命试验与评估方面相关研究较少。分析了毫米波相控阵天线的失效机理,详细介绍了一种基于激活能值的温度寿命试验方法,确定试验条件、试验样本及合格判据等参数,提出了一种有通道失效情况下的毫米波相控阵天线寿命评估方法。最后以某星载毫米波相控阵天线为例,开展寿命试验并对其寿命进行验证与评估,为毫米波相控阵天线寿命与可靠性试验研究提供参考。Space-borne millimeter wave phased array antenna is a typical high-density integrated product with complex composition and high coupling degree.In recent years,the technology has been widely used,but there are few researches on life test and evaluation.The failure mechanism of millimeter wave phased array antenna is analyzed.A temperature life test method based on activation energy values is introduced in detail,determining parameters such as test conditions,test samples,and qualification criteria.A method for evaluating the lifespan of millimeter wave phased array antenna with channel failure is proposed.Finally,taking a space-borne millimeter wave phased array antenna as an example,a life test is carried out and its life is verified and evaluated,providing a reference for the life and reliability test research of millimeter wave phased array antenna.
