水性环氧乳液的制备与防腐性能研究

摘  要:以固体环氧(E20)和聚乙二醇(PEG4000)为基础原料,采用顺丁烯二酐、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)、有机氟单体改性合成了一种环氧乳化剂,并采用相反转工艺制备了固含为50%的E20环氧乳液。研究了聚乙二醇与丙烯酸酯类共聚物的配比、GMA的用量以及有机氟单体的用量对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:在乳化剂用量为固体环氧E20的15%、乳化温度70℃、乳化剪切速率1200r/min的工艺条件下,m(聚乙二醇)∶m(丙烯酸共聚物)为7∶3、GMA占丙烯酸单体量的20%、有机氟单体占丙烯酸单体量的5%,合成的环氧乳液具有良好的稳定性和防腐性。A kind of epoxy emulsifier was synthesized from solid epoxy(E20)and polyethylene glycol(PEG 4000)as raw materials by modification of maleic anhydride,glycidyl methacrylate(GMA)and organic fluorine monomer.The E20 epoxy emulsion with solid content of 50%was prepared by the reverse transformation process.The effects of the ratio of polyethylene glycol to acrylate copolymer,the amount of GMA and the amount of organic fluorine monomer on the properties of the emulsion were studied.The results show that under the conditions of emulsifier dosage of 15%of solid epoxy E20,emulsifying temperature of 70 C,emulsifying shear rate of 1200 r/min,m(polyethylene glycol):m(acrylic copolymer)=7:3,GMA accounted for 25%of the amount of acrylic monomer,organic fluorine monomer accounted for 5%of the amount of acrylic monomer,the synthesis of epoxy emulsion has good stability and corrosion resistance.
