摘  要:主要介绍了基于传统三元锌系磷化工艺,在白车身高铝比前提下,通过提高结渣剂添加量、采用4+8模式对磷化槽及循环管路定期进行酸洗水洗、提高板框压滤机运行流量及定期酸洗滤板滤布等措施,解决了磷化质量缺陷及磷化渣状态不好引发的一系列问题,稳定了磷化工艺,提高了车身质量。As the most important process in the pretreatment process of body-in-white in the paint shop,the stability of the traditional phosphating process is crucial to the performance of body-in-white anticorrosion and other properties.In the face of the current market demand for lightweight aluminum alloy body-inwhite,the proportion of galvanized sheet has decreased and the content of aluminum sheet has increased in the current new models.This paper mainly introduces the purpose of the increase in aluminum content of the body-in-white,the specific impact of the traditional phosphating process and the corresponding solution strategy to increase the stability of the phosphating process to improve the quality of the body is of great significance.
