摘  要:为了提升过滤装置漆雾捕捉能力,减少滤材使用量,本文针对吸附量,探索不同吸附材料的最优排布结构。研究表明:当吸附材料为玻璃纤维,管束内部填充吸附材料,过滤装置中管束排布前排15支,后排28支;当吸附材料为阻燃蜂窝纸,小纸盒内部“波纹状”缠绕吸附材料,过滤装置中小纸盒3层垂直排布,每层2个平行分布;当气流中漆雾含量越低,漆雾过滤装置吸附量越大,且小纸盒结构对漆雾含量兼容性更好。In order to improve the capacity of overspray mist adsorption and reduce the use of filter materials.The optimal arrangement structure of filter device was explored with different adsorption ma terials.Research shows that the structure of tube bundle is applied to fiberglass as adsorption materials.Based on fluid dynamics equations,the best arrangement of tube bundles is fifteen branches in front area and twenty-eight branches in back area by using simulation test.The best arrangement of small box that inner structure is wrapping in a ripple pattern arranges three layers vertically,and two parallel distributions per layer by using fire retardant honeycomb paper as adsorption materials.the adsorption of filtration device is negatively correlated with the painting mist content of airflow,and small box structure has better compatibility with the painting mist content of airflow.
