摘　　要：主要介绍了客车生产特点,喷涂机器人在客车行业应用现状,使用过程中遇到的问题、原因分析及对策,以及提高机器人喷涂利用率的方法。This article introduces the production characteristics of passenger cars,the current application status of spraying robots in the passenger car industry,the problems encountered during the using process and their cause analysis and countermeasures.Also,it gives some methods to improve the utilization rate of robot spraying.
