摘  要:为解决液压震击器在工作时震击力偏小的问题,采用理论分析、仿真分析与试验研究的方法,根据液压震击器工况和震击原理,开展包括释放力、井深、震击器安放位置、钻井液黏度、润滑油黏度、震击器上下部钻杆数量、延时阀阀芯直径等因素对液压震击器震击力的影响分析。研究结果表明,增加一定的释放力可以增加震击力;井深越深,震击力越大;最适合安装震击器的位置在钻柱组合中和点偏上处;钻井液和润滑油的黏度越大,震击力越大;在一定范围内增大震击器上钻杆的质量,可以增大震击力,考虑刚度等原因,继续增大震击器上钻杆的质量,会导致震击力减小;阀体内径不变时,阀芯直径越大,震击力越大。To address the issue of the hydraulic vibrator’s shock force being insufficient during operation,a multi-faceted approach was undertaken,combining theoretical analysis,simulation analysis,and pilot studies.The influence of various operational parameters on the shock force was investigated,including the release force,well depth,placement of the vibrator,drilling fluid viscosity,lubricating oil viscosity,number of drill pipes in the upper and lower parts of the vibrator,and the diameter of the valve core of the delay valve.The findings indicate that an increase in release force can result in a corresponding enhancement in shock force.It was found that the shock force increases with depth.The optimal location for installation of the vibrator is in the middle of the drill string assembly and the upper part of the point.The shock force is also found to increase with viscosity of the drilling fluid and lubricating oil.An increase in the weight of the drill pipe connected to the vibrator within a certain range has been observed to increase shock force.However,when factors such as stiffness and other considerations are taken into account,it has been found that continued weight increases may result in a decrease in shock force.Additionally,when the diameter of the valve body remains constant,a larger spool diameter results in greater shock force.
