摘 要:针对临兴区块致密气井积液严重,开发难度大,产量难以提升的问题,通过对油藏资料及井筒结构分析,选取试验井利用智能排采技术进行排采试验,确定符合该区块试验井的排采工艺。该试验井在开采前期已试用多种排采措施,措施未能取得持续产气的效果。应用智能排采技术调整回注气举流量及压力、干管补能工艺及排量等措施,从根本上解决了积液难题;与氮气气举、天然气分段气举等传统技术相比,具有安全可靠、高效及低成本等明显优势。装置具有油管连续抽吸降压、套管连续注气增压的“一进两出”流程功能,可同时实现抽吸及气举两种工艺。试验持续21 d,共增产气量53万m^(3),平均日增气量高达2.5万余m^(3),超试验目标2万m^(3),取得良好的试验效果,证明智能排采技术可广泛应用在地层储量丰富但常规排采技术无法实现致密气井。In response to the significant accumulation of liquid in tight gas wells in the Linxing block and the associated difficulty in utilizing production,an analysis of reservoir data and wellbore structure was conducted to identify a test well for a production test utilizing intelligent production technology.The production process most suitable for the test well in the block was then determined.The experimental well has employed a variety of drainage techniques during the initial stages of mining,however,these techniques have not resulted in sustained gas production.The implementation of intelligent drainage technology,which entails adjusting the injection gas lift flow rate and pressure,the dry pipe energy replenishment process,and displacement measures,has proven to be an effective solution for addressing the issue of liquid accumulation.When compared to traditional technologies such as nitrogen gas lift and natural gas staged gas lift,the device exhibits significant advantages in terms of safety,reliability,efficiency,and cost-effectiveness.The device is equipped with a"one in two out"process function,whereby it continuously suctions and reduces pressure through oil pipes and continuously injects and increases pressure through the casing.This enables the device to simultaneously achieve both suction and gas lift processes.The experiment was conducted over a 21-day period,during which time there was a total increase in gas production of 530,000 standard cubic meters,with an average daily production of over 25,000 standard cubic meters.This exceeds the experimental target of 20,000 standard cubic meters and demonstrates the efficacy of the intelligent drainage technology.It can be concluded that intelligent drainage technology has the potential for widespread application in gas wells with abundant geological reserves,whereas conventional drainage technology is unable to achieve the same level of densification.
