摘 要:激素性股骨头坏死(steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head,SONFH)作为一种复杂难治性疾病,其发病率逐年上升并呈现出年轻化趋势。良好的疾病动物模型可以为SONFH的发病机制研究和治疗手段开发提供重要的支撑条件,本文通过回顾与整理国内外近年来SONFH动物模型相关的实验研究,从动物选择、造模方法、模型评价等方面归纳和分析SONFH动物模型构建的最新进展,为SONFH的相关研究提供参考。As a complex and refractory disease,the incidence of steroid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head(SONFH)is increasing year by year and showing an increasing trend in younger people.A good animal model of disease can provide important support for studying the pathogenesis of SONFH and the development of treatment method.In this paper,the latest progress made in the construction of SONFH animal models is summarized and analyzed from the aspects of animal selection,modeling method,and model evaluation.To achieve this,we review and categorize the experimental studies related to SONFH animal models conducted in China and overseas in recent years,providing a reference for related research of SONFH.
