摘 要:本文介绍了煤化工低温甲醇洗的工艺流程原理,分析了低温甲醇洗的控制难点,以及它们对控制系统的性能和稳定性的影响。本文首先在安全性、可靠性、适应性、经济性等方面阐述了低温甲醇洗先进控制系统的设计原则,并针对控制需求,进行了低温甲醇洗先进控制系统及控制策略设计,如数据采集处理、控制策略及优化算法;其次总结了其在提高稳定性及效率、保证质量、降低成本等方面的应用效果和贡献;最后展望了低温甲醇洗的先进控制系统的发展趋势及它们对煤化工行业的发展和创新的影响。This paper introduces the process principles of lowtemperature methanol washing in coal chemical industry.It analyzes the control challenges associated with it,as well as their impacts on the performance and stability of the control system.The design principles of the advanced control system for low-temperature methanol washing are elaborated in terms of safety,reliability,adaptability,and economy.An example is provided to illustrate the implementation method of the intelligent control system forlowtemperature methanol washing,including data acquisition and processing,control strategies,and optimization algorithms.The application effects and contributions of the system in energy saving,emission reduction,efficiency improvement,quality assurance,and cost reduction are summarized.The development trends of intelligent control system for low-temperature methanol washing are explored,as well as their impacts on the development and innovation of the coal chemical industry.
