摘 要:低碳化水平是推动经济可持续发展的本质要求,环保投入对低碳化水平的实现具有重大意义。基于2010—2022年30个省的面板数据,采用双向固定中介效应模型,研究各省环保投入对低碳化水平产生的影响,分析技术进步在两者间的中介作用。结果发现,环保投入的加大能够显著提高各省低碳化水平,且技术进步在其中发挥了中介作用。异质性检验进一步发现,西部地区环保投入的加大会更显著促进低碳化水平的提高,资源型省份环保投入的加大也显著提高低碳化水平。Low-carbon development is an essential requirement for promoting sustainable economic growth, and environmental investment plays a significant role in achieving this goal. Based on panel data from 30 provinces of China from 2010 to 2022, this study employs a bidirectional fixed mediation effect model to examine the impact of environmental investment on low-carbon levels across provinces and analyze the mediating role of technological progress between the two. The results indicate that increased environmental investment significantly promotes low-carbon levels in all provinces, with technological progress serving as a mediating factor. Further heterogeneity tests reveal that in the western regions, increased environmental investment has a more pronounced effect on improving low-carbon levels, and in resource-based provinces, greater environmental investment also significantly enhances low-carbon levels.
