摘 要:人工智能技术的迅速发展,使得人与人工智能之间的联系越发紧密,越来越多的人依赖人工智能完成工作。现有研究多从个体层面探究智能依赖的作用机制,少有关注到团队智能依赖的影响。基于道德推脱理论,通过对426份数据进行分析,探究团队智能依赖对时间偷窃行为的作用机制。研究发现:团队智能依赖正向影响成员的时间偷窃行为;道德推脱在团队智能依赖和时间偷窃行为之间起中介作用;领导非道德化监管正向调节团队智能依赖和道德推脱的关系,并强化了道德推脱在团队智能依赖和时间偷窃行为之间的中介作用。The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology(AI)has made the connection between humans and AI increasingly close,leading more people to work with the help of AI.Existing researches mostly explored the mechanisms of individual intelligence reliance,with little attention paid to the impact of team intelligence reliance.Based on the theory of moral disengagement,this study analyzed 426 sets of data to investigate the mechanism through which team intelligence reliance affected time theft behavior.The findings showed that team intelligence reliance positively influenced members’time theft behavior.Moral disengagement mediated the relationship between team intelligence reliance and time theft behavior,and leader amoral supervision positively moderated the relationship between team intelligence reliance and moral disengagement,thereby strengthening the mediating role of moral disengagement in the relationship between team intelligence reliance and time theft behavior.
