摘  要:采用自制的聚醚改性有机硅与硅膏作为核心原料,并运用控制变量法优化消泡剂的配方与工艺,以确定最优方案,据此成功制备了DX01消泡剂。研究显示,DX01消泡剂固含量达到22.9%,在静置一个月后仍无分层现象,展现出良好的储存稳定性。其消泡时间仅为4 s,抑泡时间长达8.8 min,综合性能卓越。将DX01与市售消泡剂添加到混凝土中进行对比测试,结果显示,DX01在消泡效果上尤为突出,且水泥净浆的流动度好,混凝土的抗压性能能够得到有效保持。此外,DX01对降低混凝土的含气量具有显著效果的同时还能维持混凝土的坍落度和扩展度不变。这表明DX01消泡剂在实际应用中具有巨大潜力。Using self-made polyether modified silicone and silicone paste as the raw materials,the process of the defoamer has been refined and optimized by single factor method.The optimal formula was determined by performance test and the defoamer DX01 has been prepared.The research shows that DX01 has the solid content of 22.9%,exhibiting excellent stability with no stratification after one month of standing.Moreover,DX01 has a defoaming time of 4 s and an antifoaming time of 8.8 min.Comparative experiments on concrete were conducted between DX01 and commercial defoamers X3,X5 and X12.The results show that DX01 exhibits excellent defoaming performance,with relatively minor impact on the fluidity and the compressive strength of concrete.In addition,DX01 reduces the air content of concrete effectively while maintains its slump and spread,showing potential and wide application.
