摘  要:本研究通过控制阻燃剂氢氧化铝的含量来调整高温硫化(HTV)硅橡胶中的有机硅含量,并利用扫描电子显微镜表征样品的微观结构,从而分析有机硅含量对HTV吸水率的影响规律。结果表明:当有机硅含量从较高含量逐渐降至35%时,硅橡胶孔隙数量和大小都呈现减小的趋势,与此同时,硅橡胶的吸水率也逐渐降低;当有机硅含量进一步降低至30%时,孔隙数量反而有所增加,相应硅橡胶的吸水率也逐渐升高。有机硅含量为35%~37%时,硅橡胶吸水性最佳。此项研究为理解有机硅含量对硅橡胶的微观结构和吸水性影响及开发更长使用寿命的HTV材料提供了技术支持。The paper adjusted silicone content in high temperature vulcanized(HTV)silicone rubber by controlling the content of aluminum hydroxide.The microstructure of HTV silicone rubber was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,analyzing the effect of silicone content on the water absorption rate of HTV silicone rubber.The results show that when the silicone content decreases from a high level to 35%,the number and size of silicone rubber pores decrease,and the water absorption rate of silicone rubber also decreases.When the silicone content is further reduced to 30%,the number of pores increases instead,and the water absorption rate of silicone rubber increases correspondingly.When the silicone content is in the range of 35%-37%,silicone rubber has the optimal water absorption.This research provides technical support for analyzing the influence of silicone content on the microstructure and water absorption of silicone rubber,and developing HTV silicone rubber with longer service life.
