摘 要:对于有机硅洗涤塔再沸器内主要成分甲基氯硅烷的液位测量,传统测量方法常采用放射性液位计。然而,该方法存在辐射伤害的风险,并可能污染浆渣。为寻求更安全的测量方法,对洗涤塔再沸器的工况进行了深入分析,并对液位计的选型进行了优化。结果显示,雷达液位计作为一种可替代方案,能够有效对洗涤塔再沸器进行液位测量,从而避免放射性液位计所带来的潜在风险。We have measured the liquid level of methylchlorosilane in the silicon washing tower reboiler with the radioactive level meter,which is regarded as a traditional method.However,this method has the risk of radiation injury and may contaminate the slurry residue.In order to find a safer measurement,the working conditions of washing tower reboiler has been analyzed,and the selection of liquid level meter has been optimized.The results indicate that radar level meter can effectively measure the liquid level in the washing tower reboiler,thereby avoiding the potential risks.
