摘　　要：土地是人类赖以生存与发展的物质基础,是影响经济发展的重要因素.目前我国不同地区的土地结构和利用状况存在巨大差异,分析不同地区之间土地资源对经济增长的影响程度,对促进土地资源的合理利用有着十分重要的意义选取中国31个省市2004-2018年的面板数据为研究对象,首先,分析建设用地和经济增长之间的因果关系,其次,利用面板数据模型分析了东、中、西部的建设用地对经济增长的影响.研究发现:建设用地扩张正向影响经济增长,建设用地对经济增长的促进作用及效果存在地域差异.Land serves as the fundamental material basis for human survival and development,playing a pivotal role in influencing economic development.Presently,China exhibits substantial variations in land structure and utilization across different regions.A comprehensive analysis of the impact of land resources on economic growth in diverse regions holds significant importance for fostering the judicious utilization of land resources.This study focuses on panel data spanning from 2004 to 2018 across 31 provinces and cities in China.It first examines the causal relationship between construction land and economic growth.Subsequently,it utilizes panel data models to discern the influence of construction land on economic growth in the eastern,central,and western regions.The research reveals that the expansion of construction land positively contributes to economic growth,with regional disparities evident in the promoting effects of construction land on economic growth.
