福建省数字文化产业与乡村振兴发展耦合协调评价及障碍因子研究

摘　　要：数字文化产业是推动乡村振兴战略发展的新兴有效路径.文章构建了数字文化产业与乡村振兴发展水平综合评价体系,选取福建省2012-2021年数据,借助熵权法、耦合协调度模型以及障碍度模型测算并分析福建省数字文化产业-乡村振兴综合发展水平、耦合协调度,诊断制约其发展的障碍因子.研究发现:1)综合评价得分呈上升趋势,数字文化产业子系统发展速度较快;2)两个子系统耦合度和耦合协调度呈稳步上升的态势,耦合协调度在2021年达到0.8927,为良好协调状态;3)制约乡村振兴与数字文化产业耦合协调度的准则层障碍因子为生态宜居、文化价值吸引力、产业兴旺、生活富裕、乡风文明等.最后,提出可以从发挥乡村生态优势、产业融合升级、数字文化产品创新以及政策支持等方面提高乡村数字化建设.To accelerate the high-quality development of the digital cultural industry in empowering rural industries and the economy,a comprehensive evaluation index system for the digital cultural industry and rural revitalization was constructed,including two subsystems and 33 secondary indicators.Panel data from Fujian Province from 2012 to 2021 were selected,and the entropy weight method,coupling coordination model,and obstacle degree model were used to calculate and analyze the comprehensive development level and coupling coordination of the subsystems,as well as diagnose the obstacles to their development.The study found that:1)The comprehensive evaluation score of the digital cultural economy-rural revitalization in Fujian Province showed an upward trend,with the digital cultural industry subsystem developing rapidly;2)The coupling degree and coupling coordination of the two subsystems showed a steady upward trend,with the coupling coordination reaching 0.8927 in 2021,indicating a good coordination state;3)The obstacle factors at the criterion level that restrict the coupling coordination of rural revitalization and the digital cultural economy include ecological livability,cultural value attraction,industrial prosperity,living prosperity,and rural cultural traditions.Finally,it is suggested to improve rural digitalization from the aspects of integrating cultural tourism,innovating digital cultural products,ensuring policies,and cultivating talents.
