摘  要:异戊二烯在全球和区域大气氧化和颗粒物方面,因其高活性和丰度起着非常重要的作用,并对于植物抵抗逆境胁迫,尤其是在光合系统保护方面也发挥着关键的作用.然而,关于光合作用对异戊二烯合成及其调控机制仍不清楚.以欧美杂交杨895(Populus deltoides Bartr.ex Marsh.×Populus nigra Linn 895)为研究对象,利用碳同化抑制剂(DL-甘油醛,DL-glyceraldehyde)探讨光合固碳对异戊二烯及其调控机制的影响.研究结果发现离体叶片在纯水对照中0、5、50和110 min时间处理下,叶片的净光合速率、叶绿素荧光参数、异戊二烯释放速率均没有表现出时间效应,但是DL-甘油醛处理下,净光合速率、异戊二烯释放速率和二甲基烯丙基二磷酸(dmethylallyl diphosphate,DMADP)库容均表现出时间变化效应和部分的处理效应.DL-甘油醛处理下,净光合速率随处理时间增加而降低,并在110 min时的与清水对照的差异达到显著水平,叶绿素荧光参数并没有呈现出时间效应,但DL-甘油醛处理下的光系统Ⅰ(Y(Ⅰ)),光系统Ⅱ,(Y(Ⅱ))和光化学猝灭(qL)的数值分别比清水对照偏低,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)的数值偏高.DL-甘油醛处理下,异戊二烯释放速率和DMADP库容随处理时间的增加而降低,DMADP库容在处理50和110 min显著低于同时间下的清水对照.清水对照下过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))含量随时间增长显著降低,而DL-甘油醛处理下过氧化氢(H_(2)O_(2))和超氧阴离子(O_(2)^(-))显著升高,并且在110 min时清水和DL-甘油醛处理均差异显著;异戊二烯释放速率和DMADP与净光合速率均呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05).本研究表明碳同化抑制剂处理显著抑制了净光合速率,从而降低了异戊二烯底物DMADP的库容和异戊二烯的释放,为揭示光合作用与异戊二烯间的内在关系提供了科学参考.(图5表1参38)Isoprene plays a very important role in global and regional atmospheric oxidation and particulate matter because of its high activity and abundance.It also plays a key role in plant resistance to stress,particularly in protecting photosynthetic systems.However,the effects of photosynthesis on isoprene synthesis and their regulatory mechanisms remain unclear.Populus deltoides Bartr.ex Marsh.×Populus nigra Linn 895 was used as the research object to investigate the effects of photosynthetic carbon sequestration on isoprene.Its regulatory mechanism was studied by using a carbon assimilation inhibitor(DL-glyceraldehyde).The leaf photosynthetic parameters,fluorescence parameters,and isoprene emission rate of the in vitro leaves were stable,with no time effect observed following treatment with the pure water control at 0,5,50,and 110 min.However,the net assimilation rate,isoprene emission rate,and dimethylallyl diphosphate(DMADP)pool showed a time-dependent effect and partial treatment effect when treated with DL-glyceraldehyde.Under DLglyceraldehyde treatment,the net assimilation rate decreased over time,reaching a significant level at 110 min compared with the pure water control.Fluorescence parameters were not time-dependent,but the values of photosystem Ⅰ,photosystem Ⅱ,and photochemical quenching under DL-glyceraldehyde treatment were lower than those under treatment with the pure water control,whereas non-photochemical quenching values were higher.Under DL-glyceraldehyde treatment,the isoprene emission rate and DMADP pool decreased with longer treatment times:the DMADP pool at 50 and 110 min was significantly lower than that of the pure water control at the same time points.The contents of H_(2)O_(2) in the pure water control significantly decreased over time,whereas H_(2)O_(2) and superoxide anion(O_(2)^(-))were significantly increased after DL-glyceraldehyde treatment,with significant differences between the pure water control and DL-glyceraldehyde treatment at 110 min.Simultaneously,the isoprene emission r
