摘　　要：长期以来,作为1787年美国立宪贡献者的“反联邦派”被误解、低估甚至遗忘了,国内学术界大多借由联邦党人的角度理解美国立宪历史,难免遗漏美国早期政制构建史中极富张力与多元性的一面。文章通过梳理1787年制宪会议及其后发表反对联邦主义相关论点的一批“反联邦派”的身份,介绍制宪历程中反联邦派与联邦派之间基本理念的差异,补充制宪观点的完整交锋图景,从理念、行为、法律贡献三方面阐发反联邦派对制宪历程的重要贡献,充实国内学界对相关问题的了解,追溯其政治遗产在当代潜在深远的影响。For quite a long time the anti-federalists who made great contribution to the 1787 American constitution has been overlooked,underestimated and forgotten.The academic filed are more concerned with the federalist perspective when it comes to understating of American Constitution.This essay introduces the basic profile of anti-federalists,and bring light to the differences between anti-federalists and federalists exhibiting in the process of drafting the 1787 constitution.Three aspects will be specified to formulate the contribution of anti-federalists to American constitution drafting process:The idea of an agrarian republic,the political action of constitution drafting process,their advocating for instituting a fundamental law including a Bill of Rights.
