绿色能源外交研究述评  

Research on the Mechanisms of AI for Social Science——Taking the Discipline of Information Resource Management as an Example

摘　　要：随着能源转型进程的推进,绿色能源在能源结构中的占比不断提升,并日益成为各国竞相争夺的技术制高点。与此同时,各国对绿色能源外交的战略需求也不断提升,相关学术研究层出不穷。绿色能源外交是指受本国产业技术实力影响的旨在调整国家间绿色能源关系的对外交往行为,是一国实现政治与经济利益的手段。国外学者对于绿色能源外交的理论研究主要集中于多边主义、国家偏好以及地缘政治三个层面;国内学者则注重开展中国绿色能源外交战略、绿色能源外交理论以及绿色能源外交区域国别研究。尽管相关研究的数量以及影响力不断提升,但总体而言当前对绿色能源外交的研究依旧存在着概念层面模糊、理论研究匮乏以及案例研究专业性弱等问题。因此,绿色能源外交相关研究的理论化水平以及对绿色能源外交行为主体的多元化分析水平亟须提升,以回应不断提升的现实需求。Nowadays,artificial intelligence has become an important engine for the new generation of technological revolution.With the evolution of general artificial intelligence,artificial intelligence will influence the development of social sciences and cause changes in social sciences.Thus,“AI for Social Science”has occurred.However,a few scholars have studied AI for Social Science as a whole and deeply analyzed its underlying mechanisms.Therefore,this study first analyzes the differences between AI for Social Science and other mainstream concepts.Secondly,this paper constructs a mechanism framework for AI for Social Science and explores its significance.After that,combined with the mechanism framework constructed,this study takes the discipline of information resource management as an example to show“AI for Information Resource Management”.Finally,based on the constructed mechanism framework and case studies,this paper proposes suggestions to promote the development of AI for Social Science and summarizes the whole study.
