刺灸反应诊察理论探析

摘　　要：以具体诊察对象为切入点,从刺灸后病情变化及对施术本身反应两个方面,系统阐述针灸临床刺灸反应诊察的方法及应用。总结刺灸反应诊察的理论内涵为,在针灸施治过程中及施治后,医者依据患者对刺、灸等体表刺激所产生的反应来诊察疾病或判断患者机能状态,或进一步寻求更有效施治。同时指出刺灸反应诊察是整个针灸临床诊疗过程中不可或缺的一部分。The paper introduces the method of"response observation of acupuncture and moxibustion"and its clinical application,focusing on the subjects in the observation of acupuncture and moxibustion in view of the changes of illness and the body responses after acupuncture and moxibustion.The theoretical connotation of"response observation of acupuncture and moxibustion"is summarized.During and after the delivery of acupuncture and moxibustion,through observing the responses after stimulation on the body surface,the illness or the patient's functional state can be detected or judged by the doctors;and the more effective treatment be explored.It is pointed out that the"response observation of acupuncture and moxibustion"is an indispensable part in the entire process of clinical diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion.
